  • Workshop Description
    Food safety is a major concern for producers and consumers alike. From initial production practices on the farm to the many multi-faceted processes food undergoes, the food industry continually searches to better food safety practices.

    This symposium is intended to provide a unique opportunity to interact with some of the nation’s leading scientists in the area of food safety. They will offer expert information and discussion concerning the need for food biosecurity from the farm to the table.
