Oklahoma Food Safety Task Force
Workshop Description
The Oklahoma Food Safety Task Force was created to foster communication, cooperation and collaboration of effort related to food safety in Oklahoma spanning the horizon from production, processing, distribution, retail and food service sales, and home consumption of our food supply. Continued training and education of this Task Force is planned with a workshop at the Robert M. Kerr Food & Agricultural Products Center on July 21. Training will be focused on the coordinated response of the Task Force should a food emergency be experienced.
